BatchGen Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: June 11, 2026
Contact: [email protected]
This policy is part of the BatchGen Terms of Service. It governs what you may create, upload, and do with BatchGen. Because generation runs through your own Google Gemini API key, you must also comply with Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy — violating Google's policy can get your own API key suspended by Google, independent of anything we do.
Prohibited content
You may not use BatchGen to create, upload, or store:
Content that harms children. Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, real or generated. Zero tolerance: immediate termination and reporting to authorities (including NCMEC where applicable).
Non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexual or intimate images of real, identifiable people without their consent — including "nudify"-style edits of uploaded photos.
Deceptive depictions of real people. Images of real, identifiable people designed to deceive — fake endorsements, fabricated events, political disinformation, or impersonation. Clearly labeled parody or satire of public figures is not deception, but you carry the legal risk in your jurisdiction.
Illegal content and activity. Content that is illegal where you live or where we operate, or that facilitates illegal acts (fraud, counterfeiting, instructions for serious harm).
Harassment and hate. Content created to harass, threaten, or demean a specific person, or that promotes violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
Infringing content. Reference images you have no right to use, or output you use in ways that infringe trademark, copyright, or publicity rights. You are responsible for clearing rights for commercial use of what you make.
Prohibited platform behavior
- No attempts to access other users' accounts, galleries, or data.
- No probing, scanning, or attacking the service; no attempting to bypass rate limits, generation caps, storage quotas, billing gates, or access controls.
- No account sharing, reselling access, or operating a generation service for third parties through one account.
- No automated scraping of the service.
- No uploading malware or attempting to make the service distribute harmful files.
Your responsibilities
- Review before you publish. AI output can be wrong, biased, or unintentionally similar to existing works. You are responsible for what you do with generated images.
- Disclose when it matters. If you publish generated images in contexts where realism could mislead, disclose that they are AI-generated where required by law or platform rules.
- Your key, your account. Activity through your Gemini API key is governed by Google's terms. BatchGen is not responsible for actions Google takes against your key or Google account.
Enforcement
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. For most violations we'll warn you first. For severe violations (child safety, non-consensual imagery, attacks on the service or other users) termination is immediate and without refund. We comply with valid legal requests and report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, email [email protected] with the subject "Abuse report."
