BatchGen Refund Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026

The short version

BatchGen is a $10/month subscription for workspace access. You can cancel anytime, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your first payment carries a 7-day no-questions refund guarantee.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via the Manage billing button in the app (Stripe billing portal), or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We don't prorate partial months.

Refunds

First payment — 7-day guarantee. If BatchGen isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Renewal payments. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you forgot to cancel and were just charged, email us within 72 hours of the renewal and we'll refund it as a courtesy, provided the workspace wasn't meaningfully used in the new period.

Billing errors. Duplicate charges or charges after a confirmed cancellation are always refunded in full.

What refunds don't cover

Google Gemini API usage. Generation runs on your own API key and is billed by Google directly to you. BatchGen cannot refund Google API charges under any circumstances — that billing relationship is entirely between you and Google.
Dissatisfaction with AI output quality. Image generation results come from Google's models; we provide the workspace, not the model.
Periods in which the account violated the Acceptable Use Policy and was suspended.

Academy members

Academy members receive BatchGen at no additional charge, so there is nothing to refund. Academy membership refunds are governed by the Academy's own terms, not this policy.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Refund request." Include roughly when you subscribed. We respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
